Nikki Anders serves as a mentor on The Glee Project. Anders is a music business veteran whose career has spanned the gamut from recording artist to songwriter, to producer, to record company and music publishing company owner. Anders works with many different musical styles as exemplified by her vast experience in the television and motion picture industry. She currently serves as the vocalist and vocal arranger and songwriter for the hit series Glee. A native of Waverly, Iowa, Anders left the rural township to train to become a gymnast for the US Olympic gymnastics team, but quickly realized her love for music and went on to pursue a musical career. She was part of the Christian band Avalon, where she met her husband, Adam Anders.
During the filming of the second season of The Glee Project, Nikki was pregnant, and her baby was born on May 12, 2012. Source
